Our goal is the ethical captive breeding of wild-type Betta species. We hope to provide our local community with a sustainable way to enjoy these magnificent fish. Our approach ensures that hobbyists can pursue their passion without depleting wild populations, keeping the spirit of natural ecosystems alive through responsible stewardship.
We also stock and breed a selection of live pet insects, invertebrates and jumping spiders — available for pick up in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. As a dedicated husband and wife team, our journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for aquatic life and the fascinating world of 'creepy-crawlies'. Having a good number of years across breeding Jumping Spiders, Shrimp, and Bettas, we founded Riddle Me Fish in 2026 to share our journey and help the local community bring enjoyment into their home.
